Because of a nice description on your site and photos I hoped for a high-quality decoration, but now I will never know. The package came in a horrible state, not even the box was damaged, but the plaque as well! Honestly, I don’t even have the will to demand my money back, this is so bad.

You sent me a wrong order. I certainly picked another quote and this one doesn’t exactly fit for the occasion. The plaque is really good, but I don’t need it. I waited for a whole week and now I have no time to either return this one and get the replacement or order a new one.

I honestly don’t know if I am that unlucky or you do something wrong, but it is my second plaque you I get only one insert each time. If I understand correctly, I should expect four of them. It is a pity really, because your product is really good concerning everything else.

Is this some kind of joke? I received a plaque in a badly crumpled package, it looks as if it had already been opened, without multi-colored inserts. The condition of the plaque itself is normal. I received a plaque with damages. The back cover does not close, so the inserts do not hold as expected. You only have to put it as close to the wall as possible in order to close the back. This is not very convenient. Everything else is good. Materials and quality are super.
